 He is a Science Graduate and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is having experience of more than 44 years in the field of audit of government companies and government institutions, banks and private sector enterprises, taxation and company matters. He is the founder Partner of the firm and in that capacity looks after the entire range of practice relating to Direct Taxes including planning for corporate, non-resident Indians and issues arising in cross border transactions with special reference to Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, rendering of Consultancy on Accounting, Company Law, Taxation & FEMA matters.

CA. Atul Gupta, B.Com(H), FCA, DISA (ICAI)

He is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also done Diploma In Information Systems Audit from the ICAI. He has an experience of more than fourteen years in company matters, direct and indirect taxation, mergers, amalgamations and takeovers, corporate and management consultancy etc. Apart from advising clients (both domestic and international) on various issues under the Income-Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, he has good experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income-tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). He has also been involved in preparation of project reports for various small and medium size enterprises and has assisted them in getting their projects financed from various banks.

CA. Ajay Gupta, B.Com(H), LLB, FCA, DISA (ICAI)

He is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Law Graduate from Delhi University and has done Diploma In Information Systems Audit and Certificate Course on International Taxation from the ICAI. He is having experience of more than nineteen years in the fields of auditing of large and medium government enterprises and banks, direct and indirect taxation, management consultancy, due diligence, international taxation, transfer pricing etc. He supervises tax audits, transfer-pricing assignments and is actively involved with the taxation compliance and litigation services offered by the firm.

CA. Shuchita Gupta, B.Com, FCA

She is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. At present she is heading the Indirect tax and the Assurance practice, besides being involved in other services of firm, such as Accounting & Payroll Outsourcing services. She is also handling the Corporate and Multinational clients across various industrial domains.
